Heartline Taylor was created for caregivers in rural Taylor County, Georgia, who are balancing work, family, and financial struggles while caring for someone they love. Unlike many caregiver programs built for large cities or hospital networks, Heartline Taylor is rooted right here in the community. It’s built by someone who understands the realities of small-town caregiving, where support can feel far away, help often comes from faith, family, and neighbors.
How we reach you
Our program partners with churches, local radio, and community leaders to reach caregivers where they already are. We offer resources that are short, practical, and easy to understand, designed for people who don’t have that extra time or energy to spare. Faith-based and spiritual support is available for those who want it, and every caregiver is treated with dignity, privacy, and respect.
